2 questions(Nolvadex/chew or swallow)

I have 2 questions. The first one is I'm going to start my first cycle of Denkall D-bol(30mg broken 3 times daily for 4 weeks) and QV Ethanate(500mg weekly) and EQ(400mg weekly) for 10 weeks. First question is should I get 100 or 200 10mg Nolvadex pills? Second question is should I swallow or chew the D-bol, Nolvadex(if signs of gyno appear) and Clomid for post cycle. I thought I would swallow the pills but read that you have to chew the pills since swallowing will just result in it going through your system and shittin it out. Can someone tell me which pills I can swallow and the others I need to chew. I want to get the best results so any help would be great. Thanks.

Some let dissolve in mouth but most people i know chew. I believe chewing is the best option it just tastes like sh*t!

cycel looks good but you can never have too much nolva.id go with 200 10mg tabs just in case.do you know if you are gyno prone?most people chew their dbol tabs for better absorbtion.
