Question: Source(s) and Stack(s) - Post injury
Been over four years since my injury and when I came to this site initially I was wanting a quick way back on my feet. Been a year since I posted :/
Since then I have hit the gym 5 to 6 days a week and twice a day on some occasions.
I am wanting to start a stack now. My injury to my ankle is holding its own and I am back on my feet.
I am not wanting to gain just cut.
My diet:
5 to 6 small meals
Pre-measured: 6 to 8 ounces
Low sodium intake
Protien based diet
with low carbs unless pre-workout.
Eating every two hours.
Protein shake with egg whites in morning and at night.
Previous weight:
238 lbs Waist at 36/38
January 1, 2008
Current weight:
191 lbs Waist at 31/33 (brand)
April 23, 2010
I have heard a lot of mixed reviews for this that and the other. I have read many articles for the past two months.
My thing is, trusting the source... and what steps should I got about for PCT.
Looking for vets or mods to post up experience and data.
Like I said not wanting to gain a lot of mass. It took a lot of work to get to where I am at... I am just not getting cut.
My workout:
Mon/Wed/Fri:
Stretch & Cardio
Arms/Back/Abs
Tues/Thurs/Sat:
Stretch & Cardio
Legs/Back/Abs
5 mins stretch
30 min cardio elliptical due to less impact on ankle, treadmill twice a week
Then area of workout; arms/back/legs etc..
10 minute cool down cardio at the end of every workout.
In the gym usually for 1hr 30mins
Any suggestions would be greatful.
Looing to go on a CUT cycle not a GAIN.
Thanks
C
