Don't drink at all if your seriouse about working out.

You can have a couple and be fine..... but any more than that and you can run into some trouble. Some people can drink all night and be fine while on an oral cycle. The others might find themselves at the hospital getting some NAC for a few weeks.
Just use your head and play it safe. You should be ok if you are smart
