    zinc helps prevent gyno.......

    i've recently read this article and wanted to get y'all opinion on this matter.

    interesting...but wouldn't zinc deficiency just be one of the possible factors for gyno to develop? this article discounts a bunch of other stuff and pretty much says proper ingestion of zinc will drastically prevent gyno, which is hardly the case. id stick with arimidex and nolva before trusting a zinc supp to prevent it...who wouldn't?
