strange worrying attack after a jab!!

After my past 2 injections ive suffered a strange anxiety attack. After the first one i thought id hit a vein, but on my last one i know i definetly didnt and the same happend. Its coming the end of my 10 week course now and only have 2 jabs left. Anyway, heres what happend. Instantly after pressing the plunger i got a funny taste in my mouth and had to keep swallowing, then my chest tightened and i had to struggle to keep breathing, then i began to cough, sweating. After a couple of minutes it wore off and i was fine.
Now i know its not because of going into a vein, im starting to think is it because i did something very stupid, i cleaned the tops of my vials using aftershave because i know its sterile. This is very stupid i know, considering the years of experience i have using AAS, it was lazy of me and idiotic. Do you think this is the problem?
I was injecting 1 mil of test prop and 1 mil of tren. Ive now stocked up on antiseptic wipes etc.

Afetershave... To clean the vials? Wtf are you thinking?? Why would you even try that?

Theres a difference between something that sterile, and something that is used to sterilize things.... Now im no pro in after shave.. But im sure theres other stuff mixxed with that crap that certainly wouldnt be good for you to be using it to do a deep IM injection....

Shit just when i thought i have seen it all... What gave you this idea? Honestly.
