flicking it upside down should work...if not it wont mess anything up measurement wise

Why would it matter? You would be shooting air into your mouth. I always leave a small air bubble in there, that way you get the full dose and don't leave anything in the syringe.

By the way..I got a new syringe from CVS..It's a 5 ML oral syringe. I am on my second day and am going to take 40 mcgs of it. To what line do I fill it up? I just want to be positive. Line 2 before it goes to 1 ML, correct?

The bubble bothers me as I can't determine if the dosage is right...So, here's how to get rid of the bubble:
Insert syringe into liquid, draw up a little, then squeeze it back in. Then draw it back up to your proper dosage (all without removing the syring from the bottle/liquid). Doing this flushes out the air bubble. Then suck it down!
Then I suck up some tap water to flush the remaing liquid in the stem, and squirt it in my mouth. Er, I mean the lab rat's mouth ;-)

Flick it with your finger while slowly aspirating to push the bubbles out.
