newbie wants first cycle done right
i can use some help from any able body first about me i am 38, 5ft 5 157 # up from 140 # in about a year i am currently at the end of a 8week cycle that is as follows epivol pro hormone, kre-alkalyn 1500,amino 3000,arsenal multi vitamin,super omega 3-6-9, supercissusRX,super pump 250, size on,& when i have time & remember i am useing a good protien shake note:i follow the dosages per bottle inst. i have been able to put on a keepable lean 17 #s but am ready to take to the next level but want to do it right !!! & have access to anything i need i was thinking of starting with dbol at 25 mg a ed, aratest at 250 mgs ew & if i can afford it anavar at what dose im not sure ? my goal is to some on some lean mass if thats possible and i will note i do not have the best eating habits & i am a daily drinker but not heavy THANKS

A first cycle is recommended to be test only. All AAS have sides associated with their use, so start with one and see how you do the first cycle. Then the 2nd cycle possibly add another compound and see how you react and so on.
It's important that you know what you're injecting into your body. So you should start researching on this site to learn before taking the plunge into AAS use. A good place to start are the stickies at the top of this forum.
Diet is obviously a very important factor in your success of using any AAS. You admitted you're lacking in this area. Visit the diet section of this site. There is a lot of good information there to bring your diet up to par.

Sorry, but you are not ready for AAS .
If you drink when using AAS , especially orals , liver and or kidney damage can result .
Diet has to be good , if not very good .
Wanting and being dedicated are two different things .
Spend some time looking through the forums . There is a ton of useful information .

DONT WANNA BE OLD im sure you are right on most of what you said & thanks for your input & i would like more good or bad & because like most people they going to do what they have set out to do despite what good or bad advise is given to them i would like to think that i am here to take the good & bad advice & put it to work that is why i put all the info out there as far as the drinking goes i dont get hammered i have 1-3 beers a night & a 6 pack a day on weekends but that does mean i have to i will take everyones advice & hopefully take the path that works best for me but i know only what i have been reading on sights like this for the last 6 mounths or so.are you saying i can not drink at all? as far as diet & dedication goes that is relitive to my goals is it not? a year ago i was at 165#s & although i have always been told i looked in good but i felt that i looked like crap so i set out to go down to 140#s it took me 6 weeks on a fairly good diet which included very little drinking on weekends only. i was then asked to start going to the gym with a buddy i started 5-6 days a week 2 1/2 hrs at a time then due to the wife & kids cut it down to 3-4 days a week 2 1/2 hrs at a time & have been able to maintain a 17# & slowly growing gain i am now trying to gain another 25 # of lean muscle & am going forward with what ever good advice i can get if i go with a test only first cycle is aretest a good start & what doses should i use & for how long a cycle & is there any thing i should take besides this thanks again to both of you who responded
