I'm 21, I've been lifting for 3 years. I've been dieting 4 months. I started @ 2500 calories and slowly dropped down to (too little maybe) 1500 calories. Then added in 3 miles of cardio to my already 4 day split workout. I wasn't losing weight... I have a food scale, I eat healthy chicken rice beef milk fish, I take a multi, I take omega 3's. I've always had a hard time losing weight but getting under 170 I've been having issues with for a year now. I'm willing to put in the hard work needed to get results, but for some reason whether im pushing my body to hard and not giving it enough fuel I don't know..
I can't swallow pills? Lol when I was 8 choked on thanksgiving, haven't been able to swallow pills since then.
