    Looking to beast.

    I'm new to the forum. I have used it to look up info on gear before. Read my post and give me any info you can. I'm looking to get going on my project around the first of the month.

    So I started working out 3 years ago started really getting into it about a year and a half ago. My first experience with a test product was extreme tren. Really didn't know what that would do to me. I gained 25lbs in 4 weeks. I learned a little about eating "clean". I did my first gear run about 6 weeks after that. I ran sust at 500 mg a week with Eq at 300mg a week. Then I ran test cyp at 500mg a week with 400 mg of eq. I ended the last 4 weeks with 30mg of anavar a day.

    So now it's been a year and I'm looking to go back for another run. My Girlfriend and I broke up and she didn't like me beasting out. So here I'am. I was going to go back on another 500cyp and 300 eq a week. But I want to make sure I get some good bang for my buck. It will be human grade and is a little more expensive than the kind mexican bull sperm I have used before.

    My current weight is 205 I'm 5'10 and I believe my body fat is around 18-20% I'm 28 yeards old I've been doing alot more cardio of late (6weeks) so it may have went down. My pants are a little more baggy. I also have seen more deffintion in my body over the last month. I lost 10lbs and have cut my diet to about 1600 cals a day and I currently eat about 120 grams of protein plus 3 shakes 60 grams and maybe 80-100 grams of carbs.

    I plan on doing a cleanse next week (I just quite smokeing) So I just want to detox and flush out try an get under 200 and go from there.

    On my new program..I'm trying to eat about 2,200 cals a day with 200grams of real food protein (Plus shakes) with about 100grams of carbs and 50grams of fat. Maybe less on the fat. I know you all will have your ideas of my diet. They will be takeing into accout.

    So my question is what cycle should I do?? Give me some Ideas. Looking to cut. I got a price on some Test cyp 110 for a 250ml and 130 eq 300ml all human grade. Well know source around my village.

    Looks like another cycle workout junky, meaning you really dont take any of it seriously unless you are on cycle.

    18-20% bf is HIGH especially for cycle. you should be around 12% Your diet should be inline not on cycle but LONG before so you are already to go and already in great shape, low body fat.

    You just quit smoking? Why where you smoking? I know a few do here but I just dont see how you can be serous about being in shape = healthy and smoke.... Yes I use to when I didnt care and quite a few years ago. It only made sense.

    After you have your diet on track for a few months, get the body fat down to 12% Go with the you above choice BUT, you never mentioned anything about previous PCT.

    Yeah I agree with the first line. I started working out pretty hardcore right before my Girlfriend came along. She liked to work out to but she could eat the meals we like to eat with out a problem. I.E the tai food and pizza. I know I need to get my body fat down I should go get tested today. I started smoking when here and I broke up. I smoked a cigar here and there but I hated cigs. I agree with you on the affementioned I need to really get my head into it before I should just get into the gym and lay it down till mid June and then go. what should I do to try and burn fat quick???? I started doing incline cardio 3 days a week I do 10% at about 3.3 I should bump up the cardio to 5 Days that would be the first step. Good I hate thinknig about doing that much cardio 40min is lame enough.

    oh pct...Arimidex 1mg after the first week of cycle.Nolvadex 20mg aday which I ran for 4 days any Suggestions

    sounds like a much better plan for the long haul. Just get the diet worked out, eat clean and 6x+ a day and the fat will burn off without a problem.

    Have some fun in the diet section and get things straightened out. Have fun and good luck. Im sure you will have much better results this way.

    Good for you trying to get your fat level down naturally first, cardio and clean eating is going to be your best friends here. Dont get me wrong cardio SUX, it doesnt sound like you're really in it to win it if 3 days aweek maybe up to five is a chore for you. No pill or syringe is going to make your fat disappear as fast as you'd like. You've probably seen it on here over and over, but proper nutrition is what will make the biggest difference for anyone at any level of bady fat to reduce BF%. Kick your cardio up to at least 5 times a week and clean up your food intake.Check out the Diet section on this forum for some useful tips and happy incline T-mill,and good luck!

    Thanks guys I appreciatte it! I got a plan down. I will look at the diet section and see what usefull tips are there. I'm starting a cleanse tomorrow and Then some lipo6. I figure at that point I will know where I'm at.

    If you have your diet down you really dont need much cardio to get your fat down. I hardly ever do cardio except if I really want to cut. I sweat plenty during my workout and I have been dropping even more fat recently and NO cardio, only eating clean.

    I get comments almost daily now about being cut, vascular even though I am no where near where I want to be. LOL
