Pct. Help..help..help !!

I am now confused.

4 days ago I finished a 12 week cycle of Test E @ 250mg every 3 days.

Right now I am on an ECA stack 2 X per day.

The following advice was given to me by someone I subscribe to.

It doesn't match any other PCT I have read or thought I would need.

Week 1-2:

HCG: 2000IU every 3rd day for a total of 5 shots (2 weeks)

Week 3-5:

Clomid: 50mg 2x per day for 3 weeks

Does anyway else agree with this or what do they think I should take after my first cycle?

I do not have HCG. I have Clomid and Nolva. I was just going to take those 2 combined starting 14 days after my last shot.

Any help would be appreciated. I did not develop any sides and gained approx 12 lbs on cycle.

I would run the standard 100/50/50/50 clomid 40/20/20/20 nolva pct
hcg would help your recover quicker but you should be alright without it

I agree with the standard PCT. Fact is, you being older, (no offense) may play a big part in recovering natural hormone levels. As we get older, it takes more to bring natural levels back up. Sometimes they shut down completely and dont return. Just curious, do you get your blood work done before and after a cycle? It is a good idea to do so about 4-6 weeks after PCT. If levels arent up or coming back up, I would get another one in a few more weeks. I'm sure you know the risks involved with AAS and have full awareness that TRT or HRT may be inevitable. The HCG is a good idea. Any boost you can get to bring natural levels back is a plus.

Also, just an observation but it looks as though this is your first cycle based on the compounds etc. Why at age 47 did you decide to cycle? Just curious.....

And if you shot 2000 IU's of HCG in one go that is too much

Yes had blood work done before and 10 weeks in to see where my test levels went.
I will get bloodwork done after PCT as well.
i totally forgot to mention that i was taking GH for just over 3 months at 4Ius ed. Ran out of money, therefore no GH anymore. Stopped the GH over a week ago

Don't you think taking an ECA right after your cycle your putting yourself in jeapoardy of not preserving as much muscle you gained? after i cycle i usually up my calories as to keep as much weight as possible.

I know plenty of guys who use it in PCT along with clomid/nolva. Whats your basis on this exclamated statement?

One more question Re PCT.
Why do you have to wait 14 days after last Test E shot??
What happens if you start PCT earlier??
