What dose of, period of HCG do I use to recover from 6 month test cruise? stats are..

Hi guys, yeah I'm just looking for some advice on how I use HCG. After some good thought I have decided to stop cruising on Test as I have been for 6 months now, mainly based naturally around avoiding potential problems in future. I have nolva and clomid also on hand to use if necessary.

I am 31 years old, 5'10", 195lbs, very low bf if that helps. I have no idea on dosing, period of use - any help would be greatly appreciated...

well..... swifto is the genious on HCG here so I would definately wait to hear what he has to say. In the mean time - i'll give you an idea of what I would do.....

I'd remain on the HRT dose of test for a few more weeks while I run the HCG. I'd probably start the HCG out at 500iu's Mon - Wed - Fri. After a few weeks i'd drop it to 250iu's 3x a week. I'd then drop the test and continue HCG for 1 more week without test.

After another week (2 weeks after last test shot and 1 week after last HCG shot) i'd begin the nolva and clomid as such.....

Nolva 40/40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50/50

This is just my opinion on what to do...... Like I said tho.... wait for some other responses.

I agree. I have also run it at 500ius ed for the last few weeks of my cycle. I would also make sure you get an AI. Its likely that you will need it with the hcg use.

Cheers for that Haz helps alot. So I'm clearer you mean inject 500iu's volume on monday, wednesday and friday or split it?. Also the nolva clomid dosage, you mean 40,100 oer day week 1, 40/50 week 2 and so on?.

I'm being wise coming off I think but in nother way heads telling me that most people dont have any probs bouncing back after cruising for longer. I am loving the cruise too which is sust 250 once a week which I know is not ideal but after week or so it does become a case of the sust just follows the old test is test, ie at mo I've 300mg test in my system per week as opposed to the 50mg odd I would produce naturally.

You are correct yes..... 500iu's each day. Correct again on the nolva/clomid......

Everyone is different with regards to "Bouncing back" - some guys will have no problems..... others will be infertile. The safest bet is to come off the proper way.....

Haz if you could get back to me on my first response would be cool but tboney what do you mean by AI?. That may sound really dumb but although I've heard of AI I'm not 100%.

AI= aromatase inhibitor
Aromatase ia the enzyme responsible for the conversion of test to estro. Thats bad. So an AI helps to keep that conversion from happening to the point that your esto levels become to high. This process can happen anytime you are running aas' but particularly when you are using HCG.

An example of a good AI would be Arimidex.

6 months is quite a long time to be taking AAS; but it's not as bad as 9 - 12 months. You should recover really well from a relatively long PCT (IE) 6 weeks of nolvadex + clomid. or Tore.

Hazard if I went with just the nolvadex and clomid for 6 weeks like Vitruvian says how would I run it?. If you think I'm better with the HCG say, I'm eager to learn and end of day my pecker is important to me . Whatever combination you think is best please say and in detail if poss like before as now I've been on so long I'm sorta worried.

I have jsut come off of Test Prop 100mg/EOD for 4 months and no HCG until the final 3-4 weeks. Ran it at 625iu/EOD for 4 weeks, then came off. Been on PCT for 4 weeks, Tore 120mg/ED and Tamox 20mg/ED. Labido and AM erections are back now.

Getting BW the end of next week, or end of this week.

If you havent run HCG during your cycle, you'll need slightly more to kickstart the testes again. 500ius/ED or 1000ius/EOD for 2-3 weeks IMHO. With an AI. Then begin PCT with SERMs.
