I used to be 180lbs 9%bf (by no means big, but that is the look I like best)... but that was 2 years ago. I am now like 165lbs 18% bf, NOT COOL. Anyway, I know how to diet and train to get back to where I was but Im very much an instant gratification type of a guy (If I dont see results fast I give up... just being honest). What is the best gear to get me back much sooner?
