Hey Guys! I just recently found this forum and have been looking through it these past few days which has helped me learn ALOT!
Well basically my question is what can I use to help me gain a good amount of muscle with a good diet and more.
I am only 17 years old and yes I know I am too young to be using roids so any other suggestions would be helpful.
I am about 6'1 190 pounds with roughly 5% body fat.
I have been goin to the gym for little over 6 months and just recently took last month off due to personal issues that didn't leave me time to hit the gym.
I greatly appreciate anyone who can help point me in the right direction of helping me find a way to build muscle at a steady pace with good builds!
