    Need Help For First Time!

    Hey Guys! I just recently found this forum and have been looking through it these past few days which has helped me learn ALOT!

    Well basically my question is what can I use to help me gain a good amount of muscle with a good diet and more.

    I am only 17 years old and yes I know I am too young to be using roids so any other suggestions would be helpful.

    I am about 6'1 190 pounds with roughly 5% body fat.

    I have been goin to the gym for little over 6 months and just recently took last month off due to personal issues that didn't leave me time to hit the gym.

    I greatly appreciate anyone who can help point me in the right direction of helping me find a way to build muscle at a steady pace with good builds!

    Creatine, Whey Protein, Casein Protein before bed, Multi-Vitamin, and food are your best friends at your age. With your current natural test levels and your current stats you could achieve any goal you want with hard work and dedication. Good luck brother.

    post ur diet in diet section eating right can do wonders

    Also HMB has been proven verry benificial for younger fellas to help w building muscle quicker. And bcaa threwout the day w real food. IMO your still pretty young to be pounding real heavy weights without the know how. Keep it simple to grow and be carefull! Nuthin will hault progress like a jacked tendon or torn liggy.
