    Anyone else having trouble sleeping

Wk 6 of test e and dbol cycle. Very hard to sleep.. muscles are sore.. inject site is staying sore almost a week after.. arms are really really tight is the only way I can describe it. Like i've just had a bunch of water pumped into them (probably did with my cycle).

If you guys have some special thing you are doing thats letting you sleep a good 8-9 hours uninterrupted let me know. Rubbing one out before bed isn't cutting it right now.

melatonin that you can buy from any pharmacy or health food store has shown to help some people sleep better ( does not work for me) It sounds like you might have a little to much bloat (water weight) causing you to not feel yourself. Only time I can not sleep is when on trenbolone! try drinking more water to help your body release unneeded water that might help some

I have issues sleeping when Im bloated. Makes breathing more difficult and I often start to snore. Are you taking an AI?

Not sleeping is a pain in the ass... I feel you man... Try melatonin first as ninesecz said, (but I also feel It doesn't help much), so if that doesn't work you should try getting some serious sleep medicine with your doctor.

Or pretend you're kind of depressed and lonely in life and your psychiatrist can help by "letting go" the medicine haha

I could tell you first hand that you aren't going to get a full night sleep. I use to go to sleep at midnight and no matter what I would wake up at 4 or 5 without faliure.

I thought it was because of a breakup but other people were going through the same sleep patterns like myself, so all I can tell you is to get use to it.

to be honest I have never needed them! I used AIFM from the AR Store one time but I honestly did not need it! I guess I am lucky in that aspect and I get Lunesta from my doctor so I just take 1-2 of those on nights I can not sleep and I am GTG

Yea bro, like everyone said, if you respond well to melatonin it can work wonders... Im on tren right now and trying to sleep can be hellish at times... I got optimum nutrition melatonin online.. $2.00 for 100 pills... 6 mg's before bed and i sleep like a log!

no I dont think thats it..

I'm kind of at an impasse on my training.. Part of me wants to train each muscle twice a week and part of me wants to keep doing each muscle once a week like i've been doing. I made the mistake of testing my 1-5 rep lifts on some exercises. Big mistake. I have been bodybuilding off and on for 10 years but my most recent serious lifting has only been a few months which is not enough time to get the tendons where they need to be for big gear lifts in my opinion. I took a few days off and it helped.

I'm going to run the same thing with deca next cycle and see how it goes.. I'm having joint problems and feel stupid for not running deca. I can get the proper PCT for it so im not worried about deca dick. I am getting a shit ton of bloat myself.. I put on 15 lbs in the first few weeks. I carry it pretty well and am just getting a lot of "you look big" comments.

When week 6 started (now on week 8), I started waking up around 4:30-5:45 just about everyday... It's really annoying... Takes me about 30 mins to fall back asleep...

trust me you're going to get use to it after a few weeks and when you do that's when you will start sleeping the whole night through.

didnt feel like reading every post! but what time do u get up? before trying the drugs try waking every mornin between 5 and 6 am! even on non work days. then get in bed around 9pm and watch tv or whatever u do basically wind down with no lights! ur body naturally produces melatonin in the dark and this is what puts u to sleep even when not tired. im out by 1030 every night but can stay up late if needed! i usually put the tv sleep timer on 60 min and next thing i know alarm is on at 530 am! ive even taken adderall in the morning for things other than its prescribed use and still had no trouble sleeping. if this is an impossible schedule for u try modifying it but sleep meds are pretty addicting and u build a tolerance pretty quick!

Try 5-htp man, works well. Plus it helps promote positive mood. If that doesn't work, hit your doc up for some strong stuff. You need your sleep so your muscles can grow.

You guys are taking way too much Melatonin. I find less is best. Although, I'm not having any problems sleeping at this time.

I'm on 500 test e/ week and 50 dbol ed. I feel like a bloated cow. Think I will drop to 25 on the dbol. And the strength gains aren't even all that impressive.

And its very easy to over train. Last Friday I over did it on shoulders and I'm still paying for it. I feel like I may have strained the rotator cuff. All in an effort to show-up a retired DEA agent that works out about the same time everyday that I do. Talking about ironic

Ok I did 10 mg of melatonin and 2 pills of advil PM. I actually got 8 hours of sleep. I think the melatonin and advil pm was overkill, but its definitely something I would do once a week or every other week to get a good nights sleep when I don't have to be up early the next day. Heres the other things that really help me:

    1. Washing my sheets that day
    2. Hot bath before bed
    3. Load up on caffeine earlier in the day so I crash as someone else mentioned.
