Quick Nolvadex question for a test only cycle

I am getting ready for a basic test E only cycle after a 2 year break, 500mg a week for 15 weeks. The last time I ran a cycle I also ran Nolva at 10mg everyday. I have been doing some research here and it seems like it is recommended to run a cycle without it and just use it in PCT?? Any info on this, is it recommended not to run Nolva ed during a cycle?




I will also run HCG during this cycle 125 iu 3x a week.

I will be doing a clomid free (I get bad side effects from clomid) pct with Nolva, and exemestane.

Even though I haven't done a cycle in 2 years; I have not stopped training.

Stats: 6'1" 200 lbs and 12% bf.

Nolva isn't necessary during your cycle... Some run it for gyno issues... If not gyno pron I would keep maybe armidex on hand. any symptoms .25mg eod.

I'll be running a 12 week test e cycle. I have arimidex (liquidex) on hand and will most likely be doing .25mg EOD as a precautionary measure. Some have agreed with doing this and others have suggested I wait to see if estro related symptoms occur. I guess in the end you have to go with what you're comfortable with.
