I think most experienced users would agree that you should take dbol at least every 6 hours if at all. The spike in test levels will create side effects, the key is an even test level at all time if possible. I would say do a 4 week DBOL blast 20 mgs morning 20 evening and you will have a nice ride.
^^^^ agreed, you are not looking for "one workout" performance or gains, you are looking to build stable blood levels to make best use of the compound with the least amount of sides.
If your dbol are 10mg each, then take one when you wake, 6-7 hours and then bed... or roughly like that, split it equally for the hours you are awake.
not much point in this ? unless on test aswell
