    Muscle receptors???

My question relates back to WHY it's not good practice to keep injecting in the same spot.

    The reasons I found:

    1. It can create scar tissue

    2. To keep the muscle receptors fresh.

If there's any other reasons not to please tell me.

My question is about muscle receptors. What is a muscle receptor? and how do they work relating to aas and injecting??

I don't know too much about it but I would speculate that considering the injection is just a means to get the AAS in to our blood stream, via a longer (intramuscular injection) process, I think it would not matter or at least it would be rather insignificant.

x2, scar tissue is a good reason. Also, rotating sites allows the muscle to recover (heal) after an IM injection. Every IM injection creates muscle cell damage.

I don`t think receptors getting saturated is much of an issue with normal length cycles and time off. If someone was on permanently it may be different I don`t know. The scar tissue is one reason to move around though. I have a bad habbit of injecting quads alot because it's jsut the easiest place to do.

Are you finding it difficult to rotate sites for some reason? I find it quite easy and use both glutes, both quads and both delts.

I just have trouble reaching around to my glute, aspirating is tough too.My quads are pretty big and there are a few different areas to shoot and I rarely seem to hit veins or anything so I just keep shooting there I know I should mix it up more.

Ya definetely try to mix it up... practice the motion a few times to make sure you have the flexibility to do so. Thing is, don't think you have to jab and get the process over in two seconds. Take your time, inject properly (in the right spot), always aspirate and inject slowly. Nothing wrong with having a syringe sticking out of your arse for a minute or two... same with delts.

Why dont you tattoo a jesus fish on your self.
A small one about this big.

Inject in the fish every single time.

Come back here after your cycle and let us know how it went.

I would say its common sense why you would not inject in the same spot. But I guess its not to common with you.
