been lifting consistantly 4/5 days a week for the last 2 years. diet is clean and spot on (40p/30c/30f). havent worked cardio into program yet although ive gone from 18% bf to 13.5% with diet and training alone.. have a good solid base and have been doing my homework in starting aas.
please let me know how this looks and if i've covered all my bases or am missing anything.
planned cycle:
week 1-12 test cyp (400mg/500mg a week depending on how its dosed pinned every mon. and thu.)
week 1-12 L-dex (.25mg ed)
pct: to start 18 days after last pin
nolva 40/20/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50
i am also running propicia throughout cycle..( been on for 9 years at first signs of mpb and STILL retain 95% of my locks.. its been a miracle drug for me! no sides at all!) also going to add nizoral for topical dht blocker. hopefully this will be enough to combat any progression while on cycle.
i plan on feeding every 2 hrs while on cycle(i feed every 3 now) and starting cardio for the first time (in the am on an empty stomach). training will stay the same (1 bodypart a day 5 days a week).
how does this look??
should i start the anti-estrogen 2 weeks before cycle? i dont think im gyno prone but i want to be safe??
