    NEW to injection into delt

    So I have never injected into delt, can I inject 2mL of Materon E into my delt with a 25 G 1 1/2.

    I have never had any issues with 2ml in to a delt. It gets a little rough when I get to 3 ml and up so I ususally stick around the 2ml range. I would suggest using a 1" pin though. Definatley dont go all the way in with the 1.5" pin. Other than that, you should be fine.

    Personally, I like 5/8ths for delts and even use those for quads on occassion since I'm very lean year round.

    However, a 1" will work, you just don't need to pin it deep IME.

    I used that same pin for my last delt injection op (25 gauge, 1.5"). I only went in 1" and injected slow. It was only 1cc.

    Also make sure you are pinning about 3 fingers down from the acromion process... "top of the shoulder"

    I use 23gx1 on delts and the most oil I like to inject there at any given time is 2.5cc
