    Summer beach cutting cycle question--

    Cycle:--

    (Currently in middle of week 8)

    Open to any suggestions for the next 7 weeks of cycle...

    Week 1-15: Test Prop 125mg EOD
    Week 1-15: Tren Ace 100mg EOD
    Week 6-12: Masteron 75mg EOD
    Week 10-15: Anavar 80mg ED
    Week 8-15: Arimidex .5mgs ED


    Should I stop the tren a few weeks earlier than the Prop?

    Also, could clenbuterol be used in closing this cycle up?? If so, suggestions please!!!!!

    Current PCT plan which I'm open for opinions on:

    Week 16: Clomid @ 100 mg/ED
    Week 16-17: Nolvadex @ 40 mg/ED
    Week 17-19: Clomid @ 50 mg/ED
    Week 18-19: Nolvadex @ 20 mg/ED

    never had a problem with testicular shrinkage on cycle whatsoever...so I was thinking HCG isn't necessary?? I'm only 22 so natural hormones may recover and bounce back quicker than someone in their 30's or 40's no?? Or is this faulty logic?

    Haven't started on the VAR yet but had a few people telling me to save for a possible bridge since tren can shut u down so hard....


    Also, was planning on starting a strict CKD diet beginning this Monday (Dave Palumbo's version of ketosis) but wasn't sure if running it post cycle would make gains much harder to keep??

    any kind of advice relating to the cycle would be greatly appreciated!!



    General Stats-
    5'11" about 203ish at the moment
    3rd cycle.
    1st cycle with Tren. Sides don't seem very bad at all other than the acne which I got from Deca.
    110 mg of Solodyn ED has seemed to help out a lot.

    Why you running adex .5mg ed? high dose for ed. and your starting it at week 8? You do realize masteron will help with estrogen

    Ditch the var and save the money on this cycle... its kind of like the expression "blue on black"... which those other compounds, the var will not show its results.

    Prop and tren alone will yeild great cutting results, adding the masterone (if you are low enough bodyfat) will make it even better.

    On a side note, I would recommend ending the tren at least 10 days before the prop ends to avoid any shutdown issues that may occur

    surprised no one said anything about tren for 15 weeks...

    let alone the title of the thread "summer beach cutting cycle"

    lol you dont need tren/test/masteron/var to hit the beach...diet


    hell if you want to cycle test/masteron or even var will be good to help you maintain muscle while cutting

    didnt bother cause he started it from day one so ending now may not yeild the best results... a little more research on his part should have had him cut that back to 8 weeks? Not sure who needs a 4 months cuting cycle, makes me wonder how much weight he was trying to lose?!?!?!

    i originally planned on ending at week 10, but i ran into about 4000 mg of FREE anavar. and the relentless strength gains in the gym every single workout are addictive

    it's literally staggering-bench press has gone from 250x6 to 325x8 in less than 2 months, without gaining a single pound.
    In January I never went over 275 in Squats, 7-8 reps. I could MAYBE max @ 350 on a great day. Now i'm warming up with 405. On my first cycle, with Dbol Test DEca & a very very high calorie intake I didn't make these types of gains, and I gained 35 pounds on that cycle!!! It's just been mind-boggling strength increases, week after week, in every exercise. incredible.

    That being said, should I shorten it to 13 weeks?? And drop the tren half way through week 11??? I thought I'd be shut down pretty hard regardless since I'm using basically all short esters...
    & Will the VAr really not do anything? I've heard so many amazing things about that stuff....I didn't pay for it but I suppose if you guys think I'm already on enough I could sell it. Masteron dosing seems fine?
    Thoughts on Clen?? Have it on hand, just looking for the most optimum way to use it, if at all. Also had a bottle of Lipo6Black(legal thermogenic) but didn't know if it really had a place here????

    Any thoughts on any of this??? I'd love to hear!

    c-Z--i only started up the adex caz i had it on hand and i started seeing a little water retention in my face (my first cycle i didn't use anything and dbol deca and test E blew me up like a marshmallow man)
    Couldn't tell if it was bloat from the test or just too much sodium that week, so I figured I may as well be safe. should I switch it to EOD?? And yes i'm aware of masteron and it's dht properties, i've done my research. There's only so much you can really learn from reading hundreds of pages on the internet. Read long enough, and you'll commonly see steroid guru's each with thousands and thousands of forum posts, who have been around the game decades, arguing and disagreeing. I'd just like to hear as much real world advice and information as I can from the guys with much more experience than me.

    Knockout: I probably was in subpar condition to begin with for starting a cycle, however, I was getting the gear for free so it was too hard to pass up. and I haven't lost any weight on this cycle. My body has just been going under serious recomposition, @ the same mass. I weigh the same but i've lost about 4.5 inches in my waist with virtually no cardio, arms are .75 inches bigger and legs are 1.75 inches bigger. I guess this cycle is more like a split, where the first half was a bulk of clean lean mass bulk, ("check") and towards the end now that I have less obligations it's to SHRED! (IMO with a very hectic schedule I find it extremely difficult to eat superclean and do cardio frequently and consistently, it's a lot easier to eat whatever u want, lift heavy etc etc essentially bulk. while certain chemicals definitely are better than others, ultimately the direction you go on gear I think is 90% diet-dependent. Theoretically, you could cut on Dbol if you ate ultraclean, kept a large enough calorie deficit, and kept cardio high enough

    I just really wanted to pour it on the last month or so caz I haven't really had the time with work and school. Now that finals are over I have time to focus on eating perfect and actually doing cardio.

    PCT seems fine?????

    is HCG for someone 22 years old coming off a cycle necessary??


    Anything ideas/suggestions you guys have relating to this cycle are greatly appreciated!!!! I'm here to learn and make the best I can out of where I'm at.

    any piks of befor and after? body fat before starting and now? yeh i would cut the tren a week before the test.

    a little late lol, but pictures are on my old laptop which my sister is borrowing till she gets a new one...i guess i'll post em when i get back for the hell of it. starting bf% was about 16 or 17, ending was around 8. ended around 199-201lb ish and was bench pausing 405 for 3-4 reps

    tren=most incredible substance ever.

    I find these numbers hard to believe.

    You're saying from just running prop/tren at the doses specified, third cycle, at 200lbs and not gaining a single pound???

    haven't seen this thread in almost a year, but yes. it was ridiculous. i'm still 200lbs and can still get up 385ish once but pausing definitely no more than 350 or 360. i was literally hercules 2 yrs ago year lol. i could have probably hit 440 for 1. and also i was doing serious carb cycling most of that time (if i remember correctly) , which is probably why i didn't gain much weight. i'd go as far to say i was an idiot back then lol
