at 25mgs ED, ya you can get away with that just drink lots of water and take liv52 and milk thristle@1000mg ED, am I reading it right that your gonna do deca for only 4 weeks??

yup jus for weeks is there anything i should do to prevent deca dick?? if iget it how long will it last?

I wouldnt bother running deca for 4 weeks, its not worth it, something is odd here, can you lay out your entire cycle for us to see please

hi sorry im ew to this forums and new to steroids so i jus wanted to get some answers fast but here are my stats
age:21
weight:176
bf:16.2%
years training: been workin out for 13month
ill be using clomid and novadex
goals: i felt that i have plateau i been stuck at about 175 ora while couldnt gain any size and strength wasnt goin up

Agreed, bad cycle, to young, bf% to high, to few years training and im guessing his diet is poor....
How often are you injecting the sus?
Drop the deca and dbol ...
Could you post your full diet? Do your have an AI on hand?
I take it you've considered all the side you may suffer with this cycle, this includes the possibility of lasting damage.....

First you should really be injecting the sus ed or eod. You should do a test only cycle to see how your body reacts..
If you suffer some really bad side effects how will you know which compound is causing it, could be the deca , could be the sus???
Deca and sus are a great combo for those that are doing their 3/4 cycle...
Your diet???

ok ill listen to you 007 ill drop the deca and dbol and do sus fr 8 weeks hopefully ill gain something
todays diet
Morning: Rice with 3 pieces of chicken wings and 3 fish balls right after that had 1 scoops of protein
12:30pm: 6 pieces of chicken wings i bought from 7-11 and 2 scoops of protein after that
3:00pm: 2 pieces of raisin bread
6:30: rice with 1 chicken on skwer
11:00pm rice with 3 pieces of chicken wings 3 prawn and little bit of vegetables
i also had 6 scoops of weight gainer today

Drop the weight gainer, its a complete waste of money,I would also stick to two protein drinks a day, pre and post workout..
You need to add another two meals to your diet plan which include fats/protein/carbs..
Your diet is the key for reaching yours goals here, im not a diet guru so please go to the diet forum and post your diet. Trust me their are guy's in there that will help you construct a sensible...
Two years training also tells me you havnt reached your natural potential so also spend sometime in the training forum...
Finish your cycle of sus off with pct. If you want that great body with lasting gains then spend more time on diet and training, trust me you wont believe the difference it will make...
