Question new, first post, need advice

Hey guys. Got tired of talking to and hearing from idiots so i thought id come to a place where people knew what they were talkin about. I'm prolly like every other punk 22 yr old on here but here goes. I started at 16 with a cycle of test from an older guy i knew. Stupid. I know I know. Since then I've done 5 or 6 cycles. It's been a little over a yr since my last. I haven't worked out much the past year, was never taught about pct it how to properly take the stuff. Untill recently I never knew it was wrong. Reguardless id like to get back into it. I know what i need to hear, wait, so i guess ibwill. Ne suggestions on where to start, c a doc, get checked out, hit gym, forget getting into it? I have a ton of questions I just figured this is a good start

We are here to answer all your questions...

First you need to formulate a good diet.

Then get on a solid training program.

Once these are sorted spend at least the next 12 months eating and training hard, whilst this is going on you can also read all the educational threads at the top of this forum...

    Lets start there...

thank u so much guys, basic info. im 6 feet even, 240, last year when i was training hard i weighed 230, no gut, i think i was right around 12%, so whatever that plus the ten pound beer gut ive put on is where im at now. i maxed out at a little over 425 on bench this time last year when i blew my shoulder. i looked great, loved it, but the shoulder and a newborn kid threw a wrench into all of that. id like to get back into shape, loose the aches and pains, look good. untill lately ive had a good diet, 5 meals a day, morning was egg whites and toast, salad, rice and chicken, or turkey for lunch, salad, and rice with veggies and meat for dinner. i started reading and saw the emphasis on pct and was worried i may have done real damage? any thoughts? that's my biggest concern now, should i worry... i dont know, i did the old once a week alternate the cheeks pyramid routine, dunno if that helped? ideas? once again thanks for the help guys its a good feeling knowing that experienced advice is just a few clicks away

You will need your bloodworks done to see if theres any real lasting damage...

As i said its time for you to diet, train and educate yourself...

tell your doctor exactly what you did.

Things that may show up in blood work... Your Lh hormone wich stimulates your gonads to release testosterone may be very low. Your Pituitary gland may be dormant from early age steroid useage. Your HDL good cholesterol may be very low as well. Have doc check your cholesterol, testosterone, LH, liver enzymes and pittuitary function for a start.

first cpl of weeks u have to stuff the food in ur mouth(believe me I been there) and after that u dont even have a to watch the clock to see if its time ur body will tell u when to eat.
