How much clen are you using?
Try to mentalize yourself not to shake. Imagine you're in an important meeting with your boss, for example... You won't be shaking like crazy in a situation like that, am I right?
Maybe it sounds stupid, but believe me... It works.

I find when I drink a lot of water they subside. I really dont get violent shakes, but I do intriquette (?spelling) work during the day so I notice the slightest twitch... also, make sure you are eating properly as well, if you are empty stomach they seem to be worse.

Yeah, don't take the 'violent' term too literally, but they are quite noticeable let's say when you're holding a single piece of paper and passing it off to a co-worker.
I'm still living at home for another year (saving for my first house), so my parents would be onto me like stains on 'yo shirt! (Yep, that's my analogy and I'm sticking to it!)
It's also sort of difficult to have a full stomach when you're using Clen as well - as you are usually on a caloric deficit.

If you are shaking you should be backing the doseage down just to the point where the shaking goes away! You are suppose to up the doseage u til you feel you body geting "warm" and then add a little more until just about getting the shakes! If you are getting them everyday like that, you are ingesting too much!

And more clen , doesn't mean more fat loss??? At least I don't mind the shakes... What's the big deal with them anyway. Insomnia is worse... and the headaches are the worst part.
