Hey whats up people im 25 and 6ft 224lbs thick and have a gut for sure lol..Anyways i have been in the gym since Nov of last year working out 6 days a week for about an hour to 2 a day.Pretty much have a few friends that are on some stuff and i recently just picked up some deca300mg.Im taking 1/2 cc every wed and sat . This sat will be my 2nd week started on wed a week ago.
I have been takin it by the glute and switching cheeks every time. im just curious if i should be taking something else with it or what not?Im a newb so i am in desperate need of help and advice. I have been reading alot about teh deca dick thing and im terrified of that!! lol Im basically taking because i hit my brick at 315 bench all natural with some whey prteins and syntha 6 protein.Cant do anymore weight really and im trying to look better and perform better also...Like said i have a gut .
