First cycle

Right the basics - im 5,11... weigh in at dead on 12 stone.

I have been recommended and have purchased 200 10mg of dianabol from Edited.. and i have 50 of the 20mg tamoxifen (i assume its nolvadex)

First off any recommeneded dosages for 8 week cycle?

Second - if i take the nolvadex starting after 2 weeks into the cycle - will it be enough to be effective post cycle and work on keepinging down the bloat during cycle?
