I've heard alternate them every 3 days, I've heard Test E twice a week and EQ every 4th day..

Take both twice a week same day.

do sum research then lay out a cycle and we will critique it! imo test e and eq cosmetically dont go well together! eq made me very vascular with prop and test e tends to retain more water!

Bro, three meals a day with a protein drink thrown in just doesnt cut it.

By doing a cycle now all you will do is gain water weight which will be short lived...

As i said head down to the diet forum, the guy's down there will assist you in constructing a better diet to meet your needs...
