    First Injection Last Night

    Well guys... I did my first injection last night. It took some heavy metal and a few deep breaths, but I did it - and I did it well!

    1ml/Deca 300
    1ml/Test 400

    then I ran it under hot hot water for 5 minutes, sanitized and went in the glute! Its been about 12 hours and I still have no, zip, zilch, NO pain at all. I was a little worried due to some testimonial of test 400 hurting like a b*tch. But with the hot water treatment and slow injection, I think I'm ok?

    Took about 30 seconds to inject both (2) CCs of oil. Now Im starting to take my Nolvadex to make sure I dont get man boobs or gyno. I read everywhere that its a safe bet might as well do it.

    Is it a bad thing that I kind of enjoyed that first injection last night??? It was an interesting feeling..

    You might want to edit that price out...

    Did you review and change your diet???

    thanks, i edited the price. My bad, didnt now that wasnt allowed.

    I did, I actually mapped out my meals and times for the next 2 weeks - then I sit down and remap after 2 weeks are up tuning spots I see where i could improve... do you have any general suggestions? I'm looking at about 500 cals/ 6 times a day right now with room to go higher. I am very lean and have a high metabolism as it is... so I want to see how that goes..

    Congrats. I just did my first aas shot 5 weeks ago. Still getting used to it.

    I do sub q hgh pins daily and at first I was hesitNt now I just push it right in. I'm sure that's how it'll be with aas after a cycle or two.

    here is my diet in case anyone could comment or tell me where to clean it up/help get better results:

    7am eggs, oats, and yogurt

    9am protein shake, apple or banana

    11:30am turkey sandwich on wheat, can of tuna or small piece of salmon

    1:30pm almonds,cashews mix with an apple or banana

    4pm oatmeal bar (carbs) or crackers with some berries

    5pm workout

    6pm post workout shake, peanut butter with rice cake or nuts

    8-9pm almonds or trail mix

    daily multivitamin, 20mg nolvadex, and liv52
