Dbol lethargy?
2nd cycle
Test Cyp 1-14
deca 1-12
dbol 40mg 1-4
End of week 4 and Im up 10lbs so far. I had some bad acne flare up which I attribute to the dbol, started taking adex .50mg eod at end of week 3 and my acne is almost completely gone. Now Im just tired all the time and i was just wondering if this is a possible side effect. This seemed to be a side effect when I had tried ph's in the past. It almost feels like im overtraining, but i dont think I am. Im doing an upper/lower split, mon-tues, thurs-fri. I'm getting 8-9 hours of sleep and eating like a mofo, taking all support supps.
Any thoughts?

My quick thoughts would be that your sudden weight gain, hard training, eating and overall change in hormones could absolutely be attributed to your fatigue. Are you getting enough rest and are you doing any cardio?

Maybe you should try 20-30 mins cardio 3x/wk to see if you can get rid of some excess water weight that may be contributing to your lethargy...

Question on your acne issue. You used adex instead of accutane? Any acne coming back? I did a very similar cycle but I didn't get the lethargy. I took about 6 weeks of intensive training to get into shape to cycle. I found some common side effects of the adex. Maybe you're just one of the 19% that gets fatigued. Hang in there buddy.
