1st off Chev, he did not ask about hornyness, he asked about sperm count.
To answer your question it can actually make you sterile. At one time they were doing testing about giving men small doses of testosterine as a form of making them sterile but found that it did not work in some instances. you also can get testicular atrophy which can also lower sperm count.
There are things like HCG you can take to help combat this though. you will need to research what is best for you

alright thanks i have hcg also, im not trying to get anyone pregnant but i just dont want to ejaculate drops of sperm lol if you know what i mean
