Lots of us in their late 30s,,early 40s would take just 200 or 250 test aweek.. It sorta depends on how you train, rest and diet..Those small results are actually quiet huge pending your goals..

Not sure abt everyone else but my 1st was test only at 8 weeks.. I think I got abt 12-15lbs without knowing too much..Then I started reading up here oh I'd say back in the summer of 2001.. I mean what if I went 12 weeks with 250..Who knows..
