the dude i got the gear from said i shouldnt take nolvadex unless i see side effects or until the end of the cycle cuz it will hinder my results..ive read that some ppl take it throughout the whole cycle to prevent gyno andother side effects, what should i do?? its my first cycle and im a week into it.

You shouldnt need nolvadex during your cycle, but thats different that not needing a PCT. What the hell are you taking anyway?

What are the doses of these compounds you are taking
If you are concerned with gyno then I would get an AI not a serm.

get an ai like exemestane or liquidex during your cycle, you will still need nolva and clomid for your pct after your cycle.

im takin 500 mg of test e and 250 of deca, which is relatively mild. im told i likely wont have estrogen related side effects, more likely some acne. thanks for the advice guys

let me guess....this cycle is your first? this cycle is planned for u with the guy u buy gear from? No pact he is a Moron.......
The only time u dont need PCT is when u r on TRT which u r not.

get some clomid and nolva for your pct, top right banner ar-r, pct is always needed.
