    Can I overtrain on my cycle

    I been training for years and have done a few cycles in the last 2. This is my biggest cycle to date. Test suspension 100mg every day stacked with 30mg d-bol ed. Now that I am on this cycle I feel my muscles healing fast obviously. For example can I rip on my Bies 3 times a week. Will I gain size or will this hold me back from gaining size. I know all natural I need a few days to rest but with this cycle I feel I can crunch my arms and legs at lest 3 times a week. I almost feel as long as I feel healed and not sore I can work that muscle am I wrong or on point

    Yes, you can over train even on gear.

    Your CNS needs time to recover as well, especially as you start lifting heavier weights.

    Granted I know I have to rest but is it very uncommon to work a body part 3 times a week even if u feel fully recovered. Or am I actually guna get bigger by lifting heavy and resting more?

    I would think no more than twice a week..... but even then.... I feel like i'm over training. I train each muscle once a week and go as heavy as I can..... it's been great for me.

    I train once per week, unless I feel I need to bring a certain area up, I increase workouts to 3 times every 2 weeks.
