Hello. I am new to this website. Have heard many good things about it though.
My question is what I should do for a second cycle? I want to run a cutting cycle to develop lean mass during the summer months. My first cycle was Test E and Dbol. The Test for 12 weeks and the Dbol for 6. I used proper PCT too of course after.
I am 5'9" 210lbs and about 10% BF. I eat around 4,500/5,000 calories a day, mostly tuna chicken and other high protein foods fruits and vegies.
I lift 4 days a week. One day chest/arms, one day back, one shoulders and one legs.
Let me know what you would suggest. I have some ideas from researching but would like to know what everyone has done for their 1st cutting cycles. Thanks.
