Help needed by experienced users!
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some answers on a question I have.
I'm 25 years old, 5'11, 234.0lbs. and 30.6% body fat.
I've been out off the gym for a good 3-4 years so i'm looking to get back into it and get in shape. I haven't gotten my diet down pack so any info you can give me is more then welcome!
I have done Deca before on it's own and of course the results were basically none. So now, i'm looking to do a cycle of EQ and TEST but i don't know how much and how often to go about it...
Your help is appreciated! Thank you!

You need to post your diet in the diet forum..
In the mean time you should take the time to read through the educational threads at the top of this forum..
You do realise that any cycle now with such a high bf could cause serious sides...
You need to reduce your bf to 15% at least before you ever think about aas...

what they are saying is steroids arent gonna help u lose weight. they will help u gain muscle but do nothing to reduce body fat. only diet and cardio can help there! the sides that 007 is probably referring to is high b/p and the rebound effect u suffer during pct when cortisol levels are on the rise thus causing u to put on a little more body fat than when u first started!

Ok dude hopefully you read this.
IMHO your body fat is too high. You've also been out of the gym for 3-4 years...
What I suggest is you work out like youre on juice for a week while you read some posts.
Body fat aside, I doubt the gear would do very much good to you as you dont have discipline in diet and proper training. Perhaps spend the 1st months gear money on a Personal Trainer check out the diet section as well.
I mean at the end of the day its your body and I dont want to be one of the guys here to jump on the "dont do gear but i do.." bandwangon but this doesnt sound like a good idea.

Go down to the diet section and read the stickies, start a thread for help to design a diet to suit your needs,
You need to start in the gym and start a cardio program and reduce your bf, couple this with your new diet and you will start to achieve your goals.
Do not start any AAS, your way out of shape to start steroids and your bf is to high, it needs to be half what it is and you need to get back in the gym for many months before you even consider aas.
