Executing a diet and workout plan...if you can't do this off drugs, you won't do it on drugs, and will just set yourself up for failure.
You seem to be a pretty good size, though without pictures, no way to judge your build...
I've given the advice on how to take the drugs you have, IMO, but also, IMO, I think you need to do a little tweaking elsewhere before you start.
