advice and help for MY FIRST CYCLE please
I am about to do my first cycle and i need advices and help..I am 20years old 6'' and weighting 160..i have good muscle deffinition and lean but i need steroids to help me build my skinny legs! i've been working out for 3years
i am about to start a susta 250 cycle for a short 4-6 weeks what would you recommend? thanks in advance!

i eat a lot because i have a fast metabolism and i take protein shakes twice a day..

i usualy eat 2eggs for breakfast with orange juice, steaks or chicken with vegetables or pasta for lunch and same for dinner always in large quantity but i dont eat a lot of fruits.. i am hungry all the time and i take protein also before and after workout..

i am about to start my susta cycle taking 250 twice per week for 4-6 weeks with clomid for my post cycle what do you guys think? advices please

^sust for 4-6 weeks is poor cycle, imo.
Besides that, you're way to young to even be thinking about cycling,
your diet needs major work,
and you should spend the next few years researching while you're building a solid natural foundation.

I agree with D7M...your diet needs some work and I think if you get that in check you will see some improvements on that alone, your 6ft and only way 160.....man you must be very thin...

the top of my body is already where i want it to be maybe need a lil more.. the probleme is my legs its really hard to get them bigger so i really want to take susta for a short period knowing im a fast gainer except on legs!

my oncle is a nutritionist he will help me with my diet.. i know its very important.. i really need to do this cycle because my legs are getting cut but not bigger.. i can blame it on genetics lol its really the only thing i need to work on i started really young in air force military school at 15 and kept on lifting on and off until today what cycle of susta would you recommend?

Just eat more and work your legs
You are 160 and 20yrs old. Don't be so intent on hurting yourself.

dude stop bitching and start squating you will not even be on cycle long enough for the sust to even do anything dude!! really it takes like 4-5 weeks for me to start gaining from enenthate let alone the longer esters in sust peace!
