Need some assistance with cutting cycle

By September I will start a cutting cycle or lean cycle whatever they call it now days. I would like to wait till November but the npp expires then and I don't want to risk it. It will be 8 weeks long, test prop 150mg/eod and npp 100mg/eod with exemestane at 12mg/eod and hcg at 500iu/week. PCT will be 6 weeks of clomid and nolvadex. I tried cutting before on my first cycle of test e while eating at tdee and I ended up putting about 5lbs of lean mass while body fat remained the same. My goal for this cycle would be to bring body fat down to 10%. BTW here are my current stats
    5'9"
    182lbs
    12% bf
    26yo
    1 cycle

If I end up with 5lbs again I wouldn't mind as long as I stay under 190lbs but I really want to bring my bodyfat down. What's the recomendation on the amount of calories under maintenance for this purpose while on cycle?

4 days a week 30min after lifting. Unfortunatly I do not have the time to go twice to the gym for empty stomach cardio.

imo cutting is 75% diet! get ur diet in check! cutting is one of the hardest things to achieve due to the discipline involved diet wise!

I would try keeping your cals at maintenance and increasing cardio, see how that works for you while on cycle.

Increase duration of current sessions or frequency? Or both?
