    Go till you dont grow?

I've been hearing lately that you should stay on cycle, lets say test and eq, for as long as it takes till you stop growing and plataue then come off. Other wise if you don't you will just end up losing mostly what you got on a short cycle.

What do you guys think? Is the length of a cycle typically based on how each individual reacts? or is there a set standard everyone should follow and stay at a certain dose for a certain length that no one should exceed.

I could see staying on for several months such as 5 to 6 could be very beneficial to those who really want to grow, but at the same time recovery of natural test might not come back to what it was previous to that cycle.

These are just my ideas and just want other inputs based on you own knowledge but mainly your experience in your own cycles.

How are you going to know when you plateau?? What if you just have a slope off for 2 weeks and then would have started growing again.. are you going to stay on for a month after you stop growing to make certain that you are not getting any more gains... It is just like how a doctor knows how much medication to give you.. cycles with these compounds have been being done for 10-20+ years.. and for most 10-14 weeks is when they have found it unessesary to stay on any longer. hurts the body and wastes money too! Be smart

there is no way that is safe. all the bbuilders stay on cycle for long periods and end up having to have quadruple bypass on their hearts when they are in their 30's and 40's(matazzaro)
