i would like to start off by saying this is my first post around here and am interesting in doing a 2 week on 2 week off deal as i am thinking about my first cycle, i have done alot of research as well as have talked to numerous aas users, and have also seen some idiots out there, blow up on dina only to loose all their gains a couple months later.
A little bit about myself first.
I am 22, am 6'0 weight at 175 have been training for around 2 years, but have always been in fast moving sports such as motocross and such, i am in pretty decent shape now with less then 10% bf my workout looks like as followed

legs

I try to do many compound exercises, high weight 8-10 reps and have been progressively getting stronger without a doubt over the last year espacially since i have sorted out a diet that works well for me. in the last 6 months i have put on a solid 10lbs of muscle, but i feel like i have hit a wall, i just cannot gain more mass, however week by week i am still getting stronger even if it is just by a little amount.
my diet is pretty good, here is a quick breakdown it does vary a little but is not unhealthy.
morning -
eggs, banana, apple, tall glass of milk, and a shake, and normal vitimans
11am - 1 - 2 grilled chicken breasts
2pm - a big sandwich or sub on wheat / multi-grain bread, with turkey, ham, cheese
post workout 4pm - another protine shake with oats, peanut butter, a banana or yogurt, and amino acids
5pm dinner, usually chicken, beef or a combination with pasta, and a big salad
8pm usually hungry by then, either another sandwich with meat, or peanut butter, or some more chicken, w/e im in the mood for.
11pm sometimes a banana or some healthy snack, usually fruit
i get over 8hrs of sleep a night.
i would be considered a first time user, i have an extreamly fast matabolism and am considered a very hard gainer, i am not asking for a ton of weight, i would like a solid 10lbs out a of a cycle, just to kind of add some bulk because i feel my strenght does not match my size, i am on the skinny side, and would be happy with a 10lb gain.
I like the looks of var, but ive heard some bad sides, i do not want to bloat like on dina, and test seems like a viable option...i am kind of on the fence, as i would like to gain mass without the bloated look, i dont want to screw up the body i already have, i feel as if a 2 on 2 off might be better for someone like me because a long term commitment would be hard right now, and i do not want to put my body through the long PCT of a typical cycle, i already have my anti-e figured out and will be nolva, or clomid,
would like the cycle to look like this
