    first time cycle check it out tell me your thoughts

    ok so this is what i was thinking of

    Weeks 1-12: Test Prop @ 130mg EOD
    Weeks 9-12: Winstrol @ 50mg ED (space the tabs out evenly throughout the day)

    Weeks 13-14: Nolvadex @ 20mg ED
    Weeks 15-16: Nolvadex @ 10mg a day

    clomid 100/100/50/50
    nolva 40/40/20/20

    will this cycle help me maxamize workouts and increase speed?? should i take the winny for longer?

    First cycle? What are your stats? Ive read and been told multiple times to just stick with some TestE for a first cycle. But what do I know? Im still learning.

    The results of this cycle are up to you. Your diet, cardio, training, etc..

    Speaking of the winny. Why are you running it? Test only will be just fine..

    i figured since thats what ben johnson got caught with the winny would be good for speed and agility. I am an elite athlete my diet is on and my workouts ore on. I need to gain weight, strength and increase speed aswell. The sport i play is hockey

    my goal is to be roughly 210
