Cardio question no one will answer in workout questions.......

    28
    225 lbs
14% bf 7 point test yesterday

    running
    3ius a day gh 3 on 3 off
    200 mg prop eod
    100 mg tren eod
    t3 17 mcgs ed

    330 gms protien
    330 gms carbs
    80 gms fat

Im doing 30 min of cardio on empty stomach in the am, then later in the day lifting followed with 30 min of cardio. No cardio on leg day, and all cardio is at 60%. Is this the best protocol for fat loss without losing to much muscle?

the only study i ever seen posted, showed that HIIT cardio was the best. being done in the morning. and empty or full stomach had no effect on the results.

Yup thats pretty good routine. if you seem to not be losing weight get your heart rate to 70 to 80% for a few minutes then walk again, then repeat. You will sweat more this way too.

Also if i can ask.. why not use clen? Cuz all i hear about t3 is that it works really well but you lose muscle from it, and that does not sound like what you want.

Gh and tren decrease t4 that's why the dose is only replacement on the t3.

    True and near true.

True - HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is best...turn your heart rate up high for as long as tolerable then walk or slow while resting then back up, repeat. The intervals more effectively tax the entire system, thereby burning more calories which necessarily means more fat. This is philosophy was heavily refuted by the mythology of the 'Fat Burning Zone' which was actually just some guy who cashed in by selling a whole lot of books that told people the same old axoim that they've always wanted to hear, namely "Do less work, and get greater benefits." Yeah, right!

Near True – It is in fact true that morning/empty stomach cardio is not as efficient a burner as is reputation, but physiologically-speaking the theory and principles (though I haven’t seen any applied research to support this) are VERY sound. Consequently, until refuted by reliable and valid research-based evidence this methodology rings true with me. Nevertheless, its not as potent in practice as it is in theory.

Actually now that i think of it. I read an article that said if you lift weights and are looking to cut do not do cardio on an empty stomach, because after waking up we are depleated of something (can't remember) and it will cause our body to go into starve mode (cause muscle to break down for energy). So it said as soon as you wake up, to eat a large meal to get the metabolizm going, then do cardio.

As of today I will stop doing early morning empty stomach cardio. I will continue to do it after lifting. I was getting worried about my wieght loss over two weeks, just seemed to much ( 9 lbs) to not be some muscle.

I do AM cardio 5 days a week, and cardio after every lifting session...IMO, AM cardio on an empty stomach (50g whey protein taken immediately upon waking up) is, for me, the best way to get/keep my BF down...

Probobly glycogen your trying to think of. Your body has to burn up I think don't have it in front of me. Atp, glucose, fat, bcaa then muscle. I like fast walk in morning 45 to 60min whyle drinking coffie w lid. eat imidiatly after with a tiny bit of fast carbs. If I do cardio during day I use more intensity like HIIT cuz I have more glucose to burn up and intensity makes it happen faster. I'm no guru, think you should clean bulk. see what works best for you everyone has diffrent genetics and body types. Maybe split t3 and clen. You should get jaked off that cycle and pretty dam lean without T3. Then/Or cut post pct w clen. To retain gains. Damn all those choices!!
