    tapering off test e/anavar cycle?

    Alright, so im currently running a test e/anavar cycle and am on week 10 running 50mg/day of var weeks 5-12, and 500mg test e week 1-10. I orginally planned out the cycle for 12 weeks, but the idea of lowering the dosages and coming off at a slower rate sounds like a good idea, is it not? For example, next week i will run the test week 11 and 12 at 250mg, and anavar weeks 12,13,14 at 25mg. is this a good or bad idea?

    All help is appreciated. Also if anyone has experience doing something similar.

    Its not a good idea, to help keep blood levels even stay with your original plan...

    It looks like its best to maintain equal doses for these compounds throughout cycle( as stated above by a more experienced member) With proper PCT no "coming down" is necessary. The PCT is your transition back to normal levels.

    I think its a good idea.

    I taper almost everything I use now to avoid acne and it works. Tapering and controlling estrogen has completely elimintaed acne for me.

    With Test Prop I'll taper over 2-3 weeks, with Test Enan I'll taper for slightly longer. From 500mg/wk I'll go too 25mg/wk for 2-3 weeks, then 125mg/wk for 1-2 weeks, then off.

    Well i thought it would be a good idea so my body could slowly get used to not working with gear. I lost a great amount of body fat, got it down to about 8% and i am very fearful that once i come off my body wont be able to maintain the same bf%. Hopefully with a strong pct I can keep as much as possible but if tapering off is a bad idea to some of you for this purpose, what things might you recommend to keep as much of gains and loss of body fat possible??
