Does taking to much protien give you the shits?
Increased protein shakes = increased lactose intake = lack of lactase enzyme in human body = increased food availability for gut flora = increased gas production in intestines = gastrointestinal symptoms.
Protein shakes that contain lactose gives me the shits!
Ive noticed since starting my course, the gear is starting to make me eat even more.. which is causing me go to the toilet multiple times a day :/
Multiple times a day is ok but the runs would get annoying!
