does anyone else pin at 45° by just holding the skin in a bunch until you done pinning like hold your skin in your left hand in a fold then use just your right hand to make your way back to the plunger and then inject



I tried the proper was it's supposed to be done where you pin 90 and then relax and stabilize with your left hand then push the plunger in with the right

but when I do it this way I always get a good bit of blood when I pull out

is it not bad to relax the fold after you pin as you are letting the needle cut through all the flesh like knife inside?

im at about 10-12% bf

I guess I should just stick to my awkward method of the 45 angle with one hand

I'm pinning around my lower abdomen as it's the only place I can grab anything

rotating 1" to the right every day
