Beginner cycle
5'7"
160lb
13% BF
22 years old
training for 7 years
great diet, 4500calories
Testosterone Cypionate : 350mg 2x/wk 1-8
Arimidex : .5mg e/od 2-8
Hcg Pregnyl: 150iu e/od 3-8
HCGenerate: 2 capsules e/d 8-10, 4 capsules e/d 11-13
Clomid: 100mg days 1-11, 50mg days 12-21 11-13
Nolvadex : 20mg days 1-11, 10mg days 12-21 11-13

Age, weight, height, training experience and diet?
Do 250mg test c 2x/wk for 12 weeks

a first cycle is 12 weeks. If you want to do 8 weeks then get Test Prop.

Why ask if you're not going to take advise?
You've been lifting for 7 years but you're only 160lbs at 5'7" at 13%bf? This is where the problem is. Either your diet and training or both need work. I would advise you to skip the cycle, read up in the diet and training section to see where you're going wrong. AAS will not work if you don't first have diet and training on point. You don't.
