I'm 41 and taking 1u HGH qday. I plan on taking it for now on as a recovery agent. Feel great on it! I have less than 5% Body fat and a workout freak. But after 3 months on it my IGF-1 level actually dropped slightly? Please explain. I understand its a low dose but I want to take it for a lifetime and I have to be realistic and not be taking 8u aday by the time I'm 50. I'm cycling other stuff, but feel hgh is key and like the way i feel on it. I did want almost 8 hrs after my daily dose to check level...does that matter?
