    pinning EOD

right now im pinning EOD and im about 3 weeks into my cycle.. the first 2 weeks it was great and i was taking the shots like it was nothing , didnt even feel it.

But now that shit is starting to hurt! not so much the injecting part but the actual shot and , its a little more sore now the day after....

. MY QUESTION IS... right now i have just been switching back and forth EOD each Glut. right and left... should i throw a shoulder pin into the mix? is EOD only on the gluts too much?

YES!!! you reeally shouldn't be hitting the same spot injection multiple times a week! that's insanity. If you continue shooting x4 a week into the glutes you're going to get scar-tissue build up. It's inevitable, especially without rotation of sites.

You should be shooting glutes x 2/wk (alternating between the right left.) and delts x 2/wk (same protocol as glutes.)

You're likely sore because you are continuously forcing a single muscle group to intake ALL your AAS.

    Hope that helps.

I have injected 2.5cc into delts before and it worked out okay. I don't like injecting that much, but it works out.

    I also pin quads too.

I am pinning EOD as well and I rotate like..

    Glute (R)
    Quad (R)
    Delt (R)
    Glute (L)
    Quad (L)
    Delt (L)
    ..and repeat
