ok, it's been 2 weeks since my first post, and since then, i've slightly increased my calorie intake (from roughly 3200-4000 per day), the amount of protein (anywhere from 75-100g, with an additional 80 or so (2xmuscle milk w/ 2% milk daily)... could still use some work), and while visiting my doctor on thursday (got an earinfection checked out), had him find my bf (turned out to be a much more reasonable 16% than the previously though 20%+), and weighed in at 203lbs and 71" tall. in addition, i have increased work-out intensity (based on less reps/heavier weigh), and now work out 4 instead of 5 days a week, to allow more time to recover. my deadlift has also slightly increased from the previous 375, to an even 400lbs, while my squat and bench are now both at 275lb each (i know, a little odd...) i've also been experimenting with benching form lately, and found that by arching my back, i can pump out more reps on heavier weight (i previously could do 5-6 reps of 225lb on bench, but can now do 8)
So, now for my THEORETICAL question. I made a large jump from 245lb-270lb (bench) in only three weeks last year, without any change in my diet or workout routine, and was wondering if i could do the same by taking 10mg of dianabol in the morning, w/ the weekends off (saturday/sunday) for 6 weeks, with milk thistle and a simple pct of nolvadex at 20mg e/d for 3 weeks after? I've seen this listed as a "bridge" before over on ************, and was wondering if it could provide me with a similiar jump of 30lb+ on my bench? If not what else (oral) would do this? (I was considering anavar, but would need to buy the bulk powder and mix the suspension myself because i couldn't afford the tabs...)
thanks ahead of time (and sorry for the ultra long post)![]()
