Running an AI along with your AAS should help keep estrogen sides at bay including water retention. However, i'm not aware of anything that will specifically target one area of the body vs. another; it's all or nothing.

Completely false information. Tamox has nothing to do with the amount of estrogen circling within a persons body. All Tamox does is stop the estrogen from reaching breast tissue and causing gyno.
Aromasin , letrozole etc... These are the things you'd be wanting to use to reduce overall estrogen in your body.

if you're switching to letro; then you can run d-bol, and you should be very, very dry.
Letro dries you out hard; especially when since you're going to be tapering up to 2.5mg/ed to get rid of that gyno.
IMO, add the d-bol if you want to. Water retention shouldn't be an issue...
