Advice on Creating a Cycle

I just wanted to know what people think are the best oral cycles out right now especially if you are prone to gyno. I've done Havoc/Epistane a few months ago but now I want something a little better than that. Please lay out some suggestions on what's a relative safe/low side effects and along with any supps that should be taken along with it (caber, letro, arimidex, nolva) at what kinds of doses
